Virtual Consultations for Ongoing Care and Case Reviews
Online consultations are available for follow-up cases where the pet has been physically examined at Yeoh Vet. Suitable for select post-treatment reviews, progress checks, and ongoing case discussions. If physical reassessment is needed, a clinic visit will be advised.
Important: Online consultations are not a substitute for initial in-person exams. A vet–client–patient relationship must first be established at a veterinary clinic or vet house call.
Assessment of a pet’s recovery or response to treatment after an initial physical visit. Suitable for post-surgical check-ins, wound healing reviews, or monitoring of conditions like skin infections or gastrointestinal upset.
Allows discussions of lab findings, imaging results, or follow-up diagnostics that were ordered during a prior in-clinic consultation. Useful for clarifying next steps or modifying treatment plans based on findings.
Supports long-term case management for pets with chronic conditions such as arthritis, kidney disease, or skin allergies. Enables adjustments to be made based on symptom updates, without requiring a physical exam each time.
Make minor modifications to existing prescriptions or therapies, such as dosage changes, refill requests, or switching medications — provided the pet’s condition is stable and well understood.
For general queries related to pet care, lifestyle, nutrition, and wellness guidance that do not require diagnosis or physical examination. Not suitable for new medical concerns or emergency cases.
